Renewing
1. Will I get a reminder when my Railcard is about to expire? If you are opted in to receive communications from us, we will do our best to remind you when your Railcard is about to expire. 2. Where can I renew my Railcard? To renew by phone, just call 08457 48 49 50 (calls charged at local rate and may be recorded) and ask for your nearest Train Company's telesales number. 3. How do I renew my Railcard online? If you haven't purchased a Railcard online before:
Complete the online application process, and once payment has been made online you will receive an email confirmation and acknowledgement of your application number. Your new Railcard will be processed within one working day and sent by First Class post (free of charge). If you purchased your last Railcard online: 4. Can I renew my Railcard in advance? You can renew your Railcard up to one month in advance of its expiry date (providing there is no break in continuity) if you renew at a station ticket office or over the phone. Renewing in advance online is only available if you purchased your last Railcard online. If you're buying online for the first time, your Railcard will start from the date of purchase, not from the renewal date. So we would advise buying it as close to your renewal date as possible. |
